1. Who we are

2. What the Service does

Brains Copilot is a chat that gives access to third-party AI models (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and open-model providers), with features such as image and PDF analysis and image generation. Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and validating the content before using it.

3. Account

You must create an account with a valid email and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Creating accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.

4. Plans, payment and cancellation

The Free plan is free, with a monthly usage limit.
The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription, billed via Stripe.
You may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Unless required by law, amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.
Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the Service for: illegal activities; generating content that infringes third-party rights; harassment, hate speech or sexual content involving minors; attempting to bypass limits, security or quotas; or overloading the infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Content and liability

You are responsible for what you submit (including documents) and how you use the responses. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

7. Ownership of the models

AI models belong to their respective providers and are subject to their terms. Use may be subject to those providers' usage limits and availability.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the Service.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of [CITY/STATE] are elected, save for the consumer's right to choose their own domicile.
